Neighbor-to-Neighbor-L -- KP-Neighbor to Neighbor

About Neighbor-to-Neighbor-L
English (USA)

The purpose of the Neighbor to Neighbor program on the Kenai Peninsula is to share knowledge and learn from other community members.  In order to help Alaskans eat more homegrown, home produced and gathered food, and to minimize energy consumption, the Neighbor to Neighbor program engages Master Gardners, 4-H Youth Development Leaders, Family and Community Education leaders and other volunteers to teach classes such as raising animals for food and fiber, growing, harvesting and preserving vegetables and techniques for living lightly on the land.
